Raffles was first established in 1979, when Vikki Sangster recognised the need for a shop in Windsor which offered exciting and unusual gifts, rather than the usual tourist gimmicks.

With her own special personal touch, the business grew quickly and successfully and early 2002, a life-long friend, Susanne Lesley, joined Raffles as a co-partner.

Both Vikki and Susanne have a wealth of business knowledge and dedication to customer service and, in addition, Susanne has a Fellowship in Gemmology (FGA) and many years experience of working for some of the premier companies in London.

The Raffles Gift Collection is their personal choice of gifts, in a world where so often shops and stores display mass produced items, purchased through central systems. They especially look for individual suppliers making unique items, to combine carefully with some of the more well known names. Quality is vital, as well as good value and a sense of excitement, fun or special interest – such are their guidelines when choosing gifts for the Raffles Collection.

We are open 7 days a week (excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day)

Monday to Sunday - 10am to 5pm
Saturday - 9.30am to 5pm
