All orders are despatched to non-EEC destinations excluding VAT, which is deducted from the selling price. This is automatically calculated when you place your order.

DESPATCH AND HANDLING
We will acknowledge your order and advise you as soon as it is ready for despatch. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Delivery Services. All items are insured during transit. For reasons of security we will only ship to the billing address on the credit card when you order online. If this is not convenient please contact us and we will make alternate arrangement (we will need to verify your identity to do this). Mostl packages are sent using Special Delivery Services that require a signature on delivery. If no one is available when the package is delivered you may need to collect this from a local postal point. Please speak to your local mail handlers if you are not sure about this.

We send all overseas mail orders by the Scheduled International Standard Air Service which usually takes 14 days minimum. The prices are given below for this service according to the total weight of the order. We do not use the International Economy service by sea because there is no insurance cover on this service. For valuable items we used the Insured Air Signed For Service.
All UK mail orders are sent by UK parcel post and the rates are given below.

We only charge the postal charges charged to us for all mail order parcels; there is no charge for packing and processing your order.

RETURN OF DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
Whilst we strive to ensure that all goods reach you in perfect condition, there may rarely be times when this does not happen. If you should receive damaged or faulty goods from us you may contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or full refund. We will discuss arrangements for return of the damaged goods and the issuing of replacements or refund for you. If you need to return damaged or faulty goods please ensure that you contact us beforehand on TEL No. 01753 851325 or by e-mailing us at sv@rafflesgiftcollection.co.uk prior to sending them back. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

OUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We guarantee your satisfaction with any goods that you purchase from us. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may contact us within 10 days of receiving your goods to arrange a full refund. You do not even need to tell us why if you do not want to. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the return of goods. If you would like to return unwanted goods please ensure that you contact us prior to sending them back. We strongly recommend that returned goods are sent by special delivery with the appropriate insurance cover as they will only be deemed returned when signed for by us. We do not refund postal charges. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
